The Garmin GPS AERA 660 is a built-in aviation GPS and Glonass receiver which provides a better accurracy.
The AERA 660 has a clear 5'' touschscreen display and a sunlight readable display. The user interface is intuitive and resembles to the GTN 650/750 series or to the GPS AERA 795. The database included is Atlantic : Europe + Africa. This new enhanced basemap combined to the 3D vision provides more landmarks to VFR pilots and a 3D representation of rising terrain near the aircraft.

The GPS AERA 660 can be connected to your panel-mounted avionics equipment (optional cable not included).
When paired with a navigator such as a GTN650/750 or GNS 430W/530W, the AERA 660 can receive a flight plan data and remain synchronized throughout the flight. The AERA 660 can also be connected to a NAV/COM such as the GTR225 / GNC 255 / GTR 200 / GDL 39 / Flightstream...
