Delivery terms

* Shipping
 
All orders are shipped after acknowledgment of the payment. When ordering with tracking, please specify a delivery adress and telephone where you can be reached during normal office hours. In case of a second delivery, a transport fee can be required.
All orders received before 12:00 ship the same day (subject to stock availability) - from Monday to Friday. we can have a delay of 5 days for the registration of your order.
Please give us your door digit codes.... We do not deliver to "BOITE POSTALE - PO BOX - POSTFACH - POSTBUS - APARTADO" adresses
Claim for missing/erroneous items delivered, please send us an email at least 48h after receiving the parcel.
Once the order is confirmed, we do our best to deliver you within 1 month (exception for orders on demand).
The order is shipped once complete. If the customer wants to split the order this is possible, the cost for the freight will be charged.
When receiving the parcel, the customer is required to verify that the packaging of the parcel is not damaged. In case of damage, the customer must refuse the package for delivery with signature or inform us within 48h.

*Track my order
Enter in the tracking number in the DHL express service website of your country. Your tracking number is mentioned in your account in our website or mentioned at the bottom of your invoice and/or in your account.

When receiving the parcel, the customer is required to verify that the packaging of the parcel is not damaged. In case of damage, the customer must refuse the package.
*VAT free orders
Please fulfil your VAT number, invoice address and shipping address if different. You will be able to pay orders without VAT directly. We do not make reimburse for VAT.
 
An administrative fee will be due in case of new invoicing without VAT.
*Warranty
In all cases, the warranty of the manufacturers applies. Shipping costs do not belong to manuafcturers' warranty.
Shipping costs are at sender's charge. Please return to us the device together with a copy of the invoice and please mention the issue found. No devices will be accepted without a copy of the invoice.
*Return / Exchange
Within 15 days, with original package and original accessories and a copy of the invoice. Shipping cost are at customer's expenses. Some products have a stocking fee of 10% of the value.
Further to RMA (Return Material Authorization), a credit memo will be sent to you or we will reimburse you, the shipping costs are not refundable. No return for CD ROM and DVD and PILOTCOMPRO headset (higiene). No return of GPS if the Garmin account has been already created.
 
* Voucher not refundable, expiration mentioned on the voucher.
 
* free gifts during optional offers are non returnable alone without the promo (neither exchange, neither reimbursable).
