Eligibility criteria :
Commercial pilots: please provide a complete copy (all pages) of your valid ATPL/CPL license and a current copy of your airline ID card.
Flight instructors: please provide a complete copy (all pages) of your valid ATPL/CPL/PPL license indicating flight instructor qualification (FI) and a recent page from your logbook (dated within the last 6 months).
